Young Man Worked To The Point Of A Heart Attack
Some of us are worked to hard and they get on our case if we are not fast enough, lifting and pulling things that are heavy, telling us we have so much time and if we are not done we will be pulled to the office. I know we have had to people quit a member of management who was so stressed he just walked out, and an employee who got fired because he through a box of pickles and a pallet. Wal-Mart is asking for trouble, it’s just a matter of time before someone does something to hurt someone else. The warning signs are there but they keep pushing. They don’t care about there workers, we had a cart pusher who had a heart attack at the time clock, he was a younger man. They have us go out for Code C in the bitter cold in the snow; those carts are not easy to push. We use to be a decent company till we changed to the supper center. I do pray Wal-Mart will get better and treat there employees like humans.
