Wal-Mart has changed, employees are no longer appreciated…
I have been with walmart for 5 years. This use to be a more humane place but now people are being fired for poor reasons. Employees are like tissue, completely disposible. At least six people are fired every month. Loss pervention watches how long you’re taking your break instead of theft on the floor. Department managers are given too much that is expected of them and are threatened often that if they cant do the job they will hire someone who will. Walmat radio is not allowed at all anymore.
