Little concern for the health and safety of their workers
We averaged $12,000 per day before the WIC program began. Now that the WIC program has started in the store, I am very concerned for the health and safety of the associates because management has mishandled workplace injuries in the past. The goal of the store management is to accomplish all tasks with little regard for the health and well-being of their employees. I wish I could speak out with confidence that Wal-Mart would not fire me; unfortunately, the open door policy is not so open.
